Living in this world full of injustice, oppression, and present and historic genocides is inherently traumatic. I define healing as any experiences of somatic integration that increase our capacity and ability to be our fully authentic selves, to connect to our own dignity and agency, and to share love and belonging with ourselves, others, the world, and All That Is. Just as trauma and oppression is ongoing, resistance and healing is ongoing as well. I find attuning to astrology and utilizing relational, somatic, and ritual technologies to be one avenue for increasing the capacity for healing.
